Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders which are not yet Confirmed):

Once the order got placed, Customer can cancel the order within 4 hours from the time of order placed as our product is customised and made as per your chosen ingredients and preference. However, the Order cancellation is subject to approval from the team of Pickle Jar.

An order placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after 4 hours from the order placed. The denial/refusal of the products’ delivery will not be considered as a legal cancellation and no refund will be initiated.

In case of a successful Cancellation, the refund is initiated to the same bank account/Wallet from which you have made the payment. However, if any bank transaction charges are levied by the bank, should be borne by the customer.
