Refund Policy

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

In case of a successful Cancellation, the refund is initiated to the same bank account/Wallet from which you have made the payment. However, if any bank transaction charges are levied by the bank, should be borne by the customer.

In case of products delivered are other than the order placed, Refund will be initiated or Correct products as per the order placed will be shipped as per the mutual consent between the customer and the Pickle Jar, provided customer notifies the Pickle Jar team within 24 hours from the time of order receipt and provides the proof of delivery of wrong products in the form of images/video via Email/WhatsApp.

In case of Refund, the refund will be initiated in 7 working days and the credit takes place within 21 working days to the same bank account/Wallet which have been used as the payment method while placing the order. You will be notified once your refund is initiated.
